Your information packet will include: a questionnaire asking about your personal style and the details of your special occasion, a color guide to help indicate the colors of your gown and the thematic colors of the event, a sizing form and measuring tape to help ensure a custom fit, as well as an addressed and stamped envelope for the convenience of getting all this information back to the Katie Blauer studio.

A Gift Certificate

Each gift certificate, which has no expiration, is hand stamped, signed and enclosed in an inviting red envelope. To redeem, the recipient will need to enter the unique number code listed on the certificate within PayPal when submitting her initial deposit to begin the design process.
